Shipping across all orders is free!
We aim to have you Kombucha delivered within 2-3 working days. Orders before 5pm will be dropped with the carrier the following day for next day delivery.
If you place an order on a Thursday (after 11am), we will drop your Kombucha with a carrier on the following Monday for next day delivery, this is because shipping over the weekend will inevitably result in your Kombucha building up a sweat in a warm warehouse, and we don’t want that.
Kombucha should be kept cold to stop it from fermenting and changing its flavour profile. Your Kombucha will be shipped with freeze packs that are designed to keep products chilled for 24 hours. Don’t worry If your Kombucha arrives at room temperature, it will have been kept cold for the majority of its journey – just pop it straight in the fridge when it arrives.
After you have received your goods, you can return any item to us for a refund as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging, within 7 days of receipt of your goods and you have notified us of the reason for the return by contacting us on the email address below.
Once opened, due to hygiene we are unable to offer a refund on any goods unless the product is faulty.
We recommend returning your Kombucha with a secure courier service. You will be responsible for these charges.
Once your order has been confirmed, it will be processed and shipped automatically and cannot be changed or cancelled.
